How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once an order is submitted you will receive a confirmation email. Once your item has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Where is my package?
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days, not including holidays, after the order has been placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to update after the item has shipped. Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Reach out to us if your package has been stagnant for a few days, or if you believe your package has been lost we're more than happy to help.

Can I pickup my order in person?
We do not offer an in store pickup option at the moment, but please reach out to us if you have further questions.
